GMD Computrack

G.M.D. Computrack is a highly accurate system for measuring the three-dimensional alignment and geometry of your motorcycle. The geometry parameters are critical to motorcycle steering and handling characteristics, such as rake, clamp offset, trail, wheelbase, ride heights, swing-arm pivot position and wheel diameters. They are calculated automatically in our computer, as are any mis-alignments and sideways offsets of the steering head, triple clamps swing-arm and wheels.

The measurements can be made on any motorcycle, without the need for expensive model-specific jigs or manufactures specifications. Measurements can be made before and after geometry set-up adjustments, making Computrack an indispensable tool in finding the optimum set-up. Computrack finds mis-alignments which may be due to factory tolerances or crash damage, and which may then be corrected using our frame straightening jig.

The G.M.D. Computrack measurement takes about an hour with little disassembly of the motorcycle required. It is accurate to 1/100 of a mm and 2 arc seconds of a degree and is the most repeatable system in the industry.
